How often should I apply Airhead Cool Spray? Airhead Cool Spray can be applied as required prior to or after wearing headgear to instantly benefit from its cooling, soothing and refreshing qualities. How long will a single bottle last? A single bottle should dispense around 300 applications - enough to treat a full head around thirty times What is the shelf life of Airhead Cool Spray? Best before 12 months. Use by 2 years. What is the difference between Airhead Cool Spray and Menthogen? 
Is Airhead Cool Spray safe for long term use?
Yes. Can Airhead Cool Spray be used on colored/bleached hair? Airhead Cool Spray is for use on the scalp rather than the hair itself. Unless you have no hair, some contact with the hair closest to your scalp is inevitable. Independent testing on professionally chemically treated* hair concluded zero colour / condition shift in all cases. However, although Airhead Cool Spray only contains ingredients beneficial to the scalp - as it is impossible to gauge the porosity and condition of every individual user's hair prior to supply, it would be irresponsible to pledge an absolute guarantee that 100% of people with chemical treated hair wouldn’t see an effect on colour. We therefore strongly recommend using an intensive conditioner prior to application near chemically treated hair. Are there any side effects of using Airhead Cool Spray? Airhead Cool Spray contains Menthol which is an organic compound obtained from peppermint or other mint oils. Menthol has local anaesthetic effect which helps counteract irritation. As an ingredient in Airhead Cool Spray, menthol is used to cool and soothe the scalp whilst eliminating any irritation / scalp inflammation from the itching that perspiration may cause. Deodorising effect Just as the lining of a user’s headgear absorbs their perspiration, with this, small a amount of product will also be absorbed. The effect of this is two-fold; firstly the beneficial antibacterial and anti-fungal properties will be ‘donated’ to the lining of the helmet. Secondly the inside of the helmet will be left with an ultra mild freshness created by the menthol. Conditioning effect The Alkyl Dimethyl Benzyl Ammonium Chloride is an anti-bacterial and anti-fungal product which is also receptive to hair fibre; it has the effect of smoothing the cuticles on the hair shaft rather like a conditioner does. However, as Airhead Cool Spray is intended for topical scalp use so it would be unfair (and confusing) to highlight this as a benefit. That said contact with the hair closest to the scalp is inevitable. Are there any contraindications of Airhead Cool Spray? Airhead Cool Spray should not be used if one is allergic to any of the ingredients in it. Airhead Cool Spray should not be applied to broken or damaged skin. Care should be taken to avoid spraying into the eyes; if accidentally sprayed into eyes then bathe eyes with clean cold water. Airhead Cool Spray is not recommended for use by children under 12 years old. Is Airhead Cool Spray a natural product? No. Does Airhead Cool Spray contain any fragrance? No. No fragrance is used. Airhead Cool Spray has a pleasant freshness which is naturally produced from the ingredients it contains. My scalp cools quickly after application. Is that normal? Yes. That is the intended effect of Airhead Cool Spray. Can Airhead Cool Spray make you hair grow faster? Unlikely. But you may be interested to learn about the beneficial effects of Menthogen which is also manufactured by Ahead Solutions. Can children use Airhead Cool Spray? Airhead Cool Spray is not really recommended for people younger than 12 years old although it is most unlikely that any undesired effect would be had by doing so.
