We aim to dispatch all orders received before 2pm (UK time) on the the same day using Royal Mail's 1st Class delivery service. Orders received after 2pm UK time will be are dispatched next morning.

UK Deliveries

Deliveries to the UK are expected to take up to 2 working days.

US & Canada Deliveries

Deliveries to the US and Canada are expected to take 7-10 working days. There are times when it takes longer. We can not be held responsible for this. We recommend overseas customers select recorded delivery where the option is given and delivery options with tracking where possible. 

Products rarely do not show up at all. If in the unlikely event a product does not reach its destination we send a replacement product at no extra charge if you have selected a delivery option with tracking.

Third party organisations

Ahead Solutions ships products worldwide. We are reliant on third party organisations to deliver your products on time and in the same first class condition win which they were dispatched.

We encourage our customers to contact us with information if products are received late or not in the first class condition that is expected.

Shipping Prices on Purchases using PayPay

If you use PayPal to make your purchase a shipping charge will be applied at the point of checkout based off the total value of your order. This helps us to keep our prices down. The table below shows what you can expect to pay for shipping Flash Kinetics products when checking out.
